Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Standard shipping is free on orders of $100 and up, and $10 otherwise. See Shipping & Returns for details.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us at hello@littlesparks.store with your order number as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help before it ships. If it’s already on its way, you can return it under our return policy.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we’ll send instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us at hello@littlesparks.store with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we’ll help you from there.

Our Pieces

Why does my piece look a little different from the photo?

Many of our pieces are handcrafted, so no two are exactly alike. Color, texture, and shape can vary slightly from one to the next. Our printed pieces are each cut from a larger length of fabric, so the pattern lands in a different spot every time, and two of the same item may show different parts of the print. These differences are normal, not defects. They’re what make yours one of a kind.

How do I care for wool felt pieces?

Gently brush off dust or spot clean with cold water and a little mild soap, then let air dry. Don’t machine wash. Keep them out of strong direct sunlight to help colors last.

How do I care for printed cotton pieces?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out if possible, and hang to dry. Skip the bleach, and iron on the reverse side to protect the print.
