Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Little Sparks. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12 PM Pacific Time usually ship the next business day. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or on holidays ship within 2 business days.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is $10 and usually arrives 3–7 business days after your order ships. Orders of $100 or more ship free with standard shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We’re unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, or military (APO/FPO) addresses.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your package arrives damaged, goes missing, or is running later than expected, email us at hello@littlesparks.store with your order number. If anything is damaged, please include a photo. We’ll take it from there and help sort it out.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Email us at hello@littlesparks.store with your order number as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help before it ships. Once your order has shipped, we can’t change or cancel it, but you can return it under our return policy. Refunds for cancelled orders go back to your original payment method.
